by radio industry professionals and offers a simple and
effective way of calculating timing junctions.
With Backtime Wizard you'll never need to use paper and
pen again, or rely on 'guessing' what time you need to
start a song or jingle in order to 'hit the news'! Lets
face it, have you really got time to work out in your
head what time you need to start Madonna's latest song
in order to fit in a classic from Abba, play 3 minutes
of ads, and a fifteen second news jingle??? Probably not,
and what's more are you sure you've calculated it correctly
and you won't need to lop off the last 2 minutes of Mrs.

Backtime
Wizard works just like any other calculator;
it just works in minutes and seconds. You enter
the start time, and then subtract the time of
your commercial, news jingle, song etc. Backtime
Wizard displays the result in clear digits so
there's no mistake. You can continue subtracting
time from the result just like any other calculator.
Backtime
Wizard also has an ingenious built-in feature
which makes backtiming a breeze. 'PGM Reset'
allows the calculator to be reset to a predetermined
time. So if your news jingle is 15 seconds long,
just program Backtime Wizard to 59'45 and you
can instantly work back from there. Simple!

Backtime
Wizard is simple to install and runs in a compact, non-imposing
window, just 230 x 350 pixels, meaning valuable desktop
space remains available for other programs. Full instructions
are provided through the help file.
Backtime Wizard is distributed as Freeware meaning the
software is completely free to use. There are no trial
periods or restrictions on using the software.
