Rate Structure
Many hire companies base their weekly hire rates on a 3 day week. This means that if you pay a flat daily rate for the first 3 days then a weekly rate for hires more than 3 days. Although this system works well for Tool hire companies, it works less well in the RSL broadcast market.

With many RSL broadcasters often needing equipment for just few days (to cover a local event for example) it seems unfair charging a full weekly rate for just a few days hire.

At Radiquip, we have developed a pricing system which takes into account the actual number of days the equipment is out on hire rather than rounding it up to the nearest week, which in turn, saves you money. The longer you hire the equipment for, the greater the discount we can apply.

For each item of rental equipment on our website, we provide a guide price showing the rental cost for 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks. These prices are shown as a guide only and allow you to make decisions based on your available budget. It's important to realise though that the prices shown are for that item only. If you are looking to hire, both a RSL studio and a production studio for example, we can often apply further discounts on a case by case basis.

Advance Delivery
 Unlike many hire companies we often, subject to availability, agree to supply your equipment a few days before the start of your hire period for no additional rental charge. This gives you the chance to familiarise yourself and your team with the equipment before your broadcast. Please ask for details.

Payment
With every booking we require a 10% no returnable booking deposit.
For non-account customers, full payment of the remainder must be received no later than seven working days before delivery.

Grant Funding
Many RSL broadcasters are reliant on grant funding to make their broadcast possible. In this case, we are happy to work with you to arrange a suitable payment schedule to best suit your situation.

Please note that we cannot however hold equipment for you based on the likelihood of a successful grant award.
