Delivery & Collection

Radiquip offer a door to door service which enables us to deliver our products with minimum fuss and the utmost reliability.

Small Parcels
Usually dispatched on the same day for next day delivery using 1st class post or Royal Mail Parcels Service.

Larger Equipment
Large equipment such as transmitters and single items or studio equipment are normally dispatched using our preferred carrier UPS. You can track the progress of your shipment using UPS tracking services and we can normally arrange next working day delivery.

Complete Solutions
Where you have hired a complete studio, a large item of equipment, or we have agreed to install the equipment on your behalf, Radiquip will deliver using our own vehicles. A suitable time and date will be arranged with you at the time of booking.

Calculating the cost of delivery In order to price your delivery please use the table below to calculate the cost. The table is designed to act a guide only so prices may vary. Each item listed on our website is priced individually depending on it's size and weight and marked with a symbol like this... The total cost of delivery is calculated depending on the Delivery Code and your location within the UK. Where multiple items are being hired or purchased the price will vary depending on the weight of the entire shipment. Hire Equipment Returns
The cost of returning hired equipment at the end of a hire period is included in the price for items marked with Delivery Codes C, D, E or F for items located in the UK. For other codes the hirer is responsible for the cost of returning the equipment at the end of the hire period.
